Immigration courts issued 78,882 deportation orders during June 2026, according to data analyzed by TRAC Immigration. The figure increased 30% compared to May. Additionally, the system maintains approximately 3.2 million pending cases.

Six Latin American nationalities concentrated 54,456 orders. That total represents approximately 69% of all national resolutions. Mexico, Venezuela, Honduras, Guatemala, Colombia, and Ecuador were the hardest hit countries. The trend is particularly concerning for families with pending cases.

Which countries have the most orders?

Mexico led the list with 15,773 removal orders. Venezuela ranked second with 10,939 decisions. Honduras recorded 9,686 orders. Guatemala reached 8,340 cases during the same month. Colombia accumulated 5,255 orders. Ecuador closed the main group with 4,463 decisions. When Nicaragua and El Salvador are added, eight Latin American nationalities account for 78.6% of the orders.

The data does not mean that all individuals have already been deported. A court order can be appealed or suspended. TRAC warns that its figures reflect rulings from immigration courts.
