Options include the Free Application for Federal Student Aid (FAFSA) and the California Dream Act Application (CADAA). Grants and scholarships can cover tuition, books, fees, and essential expenses. Additionally, they generally do not need to be repaid if the student meets the program requirements. The California Student Aid Commission confirms that applicants must submit FAFSA or CADAA and verify their grade point average.1161
Who Must Submit the FAFSA or CADAA?
