Vinícius Jr. Reappears After Facial Cosmetic Surgery

Vinícius Jr. reappeared in Brazil with a different look after undergoing facial cosmetic surgery. The Real Madrid forward had a chin harmonization procedure in Goiânia, following Brazil’s elimination from the 2026 World Cup.

What procedure did Vinícius Jr. have?

The footballer underwent a jaw harmonization, also described as “chin harmonization.” The objective of the procedure is to better define the facial contour and enhance the lower part of the face. The treatment was performed in Goiânia, Brazil, and was handled by dermatologist Alessandro Alarcão.

The intervention drew attention because Alarcão traveled from Miami to attend to Vinícius and his partner, influencer Virginia Fonseca. According to information released by the Brazilian outlet, the clinic closed for the entire day. Staff were also asked to avoid taking photos and videos of the procedure.

The first images of Vinícius’s new appearance circulated Monday night. First, a video was posted by Salah Eddine Rhnim, known as Scarfade, based in Milan. Afterward, clips from fans showing the striker signing autographs were shared.
